Since Thursday I can't see any new messages on nbusers. I tried using both Mozilla and Outlook Express.
anyone...?
can you please confirm this problem, or maybe I should look for the problem in my clients / connection / whatever... ?
I have confirmed this from an external acct - last posts are from 13/03.
I have the same problems but also for nbeducation, modules.xml & modules.xml.dev I would like to change it into P1 because it's very very annoying. We have the impression that NetBeans is dead. No more activities on his user mailing list.
I've added this to our NNTP issue (PCN7904).
absolutely amazing - how long does it take to fix a P1? What does a P1 mean anyway? Just for example, if I get a P1 for our product, then it means getting up in the middle of the night and going back home only when it is resolved. Something tells me that there's nobody working on it for 3 or 4 days straight...
Our engineers have been working on this. They've confirmed a problem with nbusers and are in the process of providing us with directions to fix. NBEdu doesn't have any posts in the archives, either. The dev@xml problem is being dealt with in issue 20625.
NBUsers is happy again. Apparently an important email address was mysteriously unsubscribed from the mailing list: gateway=mail2nntp-netbeans.org=netbeans-nbusers@news.collab.net I've re-subscribed it, and mail is going through again.
Can we tell from the Ezmlm logs how this address got unsubscribed ? I seem to remember Jesse filnig another issue somewhere about how special addresses like that should not be visible in the web-based Admin subscription tools, for just the reason that someone might accidentally unsub it.
