I opened a project to make minor fixes, setted as Main, clean and build, then clean (again) and close it. Then when I try to set another one as Main the option from the popup disappeared, I had to go to Run > Set Main Pro.... 
Close and Open again the IDE didn't work.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.2 (Build 201207171143)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
