NetBeans 7.3 introduces a simplified Attach Dialog replacing the original Attach Wizard. The main idea is to have all the options and basic steps immediately available and visible. See Bug 214784. Only general information is displayed by the dialog, more detailed steps should be provided by the in-product help. Help ID of the dialog is AttachDialog.HelpCtx. Will provide more information via email.
