Development build #200203110100 of NetBeans 3.4 on Windows 2000 using JDK 1.4b92

Description:

Execution strings of LIST commands are not expanded in Runtime tab and they
contain variable names like ${WRAPPER} etc.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem using Command-line Client.
2. Right click the root node and choose "CVS|Refresh" command.
3. Switch to "Runtime" tab of explorer.
4. Expand "VCS Commands" node and your filesystem node.
5. Select "Refresh" command and verify that "Execution String" property contains
   ${WRAPPER} string.

Great. Verified in development build #200204040100 of NetBeans 3.4.
