Please refer to the screenshot.

In table on Customize dialog of VM option, invoked from
"Run" category of properties dialog for Java project,
"Name" and "Value" column header can not be resized.

So when localized messages are long, it can not be
displayed completely and can not be resized.

Please consider the max width of values of "Name", also
please change to resizable table.

This issue has been reported by WPTG in internal BugDB,

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
