I was downloading plugins from UC into NetBeans and I wanted to start a different NB instance in the meantime, but I accidentally started the same.
What usually happens on an attempt to start already running NB instance is that the start process is terminated and focus is requested for the running instance.
But when some plugins are being downloaded/installed, the NB Updater is started for the running instance and it usually ends up in mess.
