The easiest way to make its maintenance more likely, consistent with the treatment of .hgmail, is to make a target in nbbuild/build.xml similar to summarize-hgmail, with a corresponding Ant task similar to SummarizeHgmail creating something like ${generated.files.dir}/nbbugzilla-components-summary.txt. Then this summary can be immediately inspected for unmapped modules, and ongoing changes will automatically get sent to api-changes@netbeans.org.
