Due to JDK problems:
- Tab tooltip doesn't work at all (jdk bug #4668865).No "clean"
workaround is imaginable
- Selected tab is not displayed, when you use Alt-leftarrow,
Alt-rightarrow or open file from explorer (when the file is already
open), this is jdk bug too

moving to NetBeans 4.0. We need to check it in next version of jdk.

Please file a JDK bug against the 2nd issue (tab is not displayed) if
you haven't already.

BTW: The 1st issue is closed in JDK 1.5
