I believe this is about the title of Property Sheets -> reassigning to proper component.

 Look at the "Properties" caption. It should be 'propiedades' in Spanish

It seems that these messages are not included in NetBeans Platform.

Only NetBeans Platform is being translated and updated now for es, it, de and fr.
If someone want to translate and update other parts, please let us know.
