1. For example, if you type "sout " with ending space and then backspace it the abbreviation won't work.

2. There is another case when you start typing an abbreviation in some circumstances that it doesn't work in the end and you need to retype it as whole due to [1]. I can't find the correct sequence to reproduce it but it happens fairly often.
