All of the JNDI nodes on the Runtime tab in the Explorer need help IDs. This includes:

JNDI
  Providers
    [individual CtxFactory

For now it is probably not necessary to have different IDs for each type context factory.

After these helpIDs are assigned, docs must map these IDs in the JNDI help set's map file.

Tomas, I used the -J-Dorg.netbeans.core.Help=0 switch to test this, but only the generic 
org.openide.explorer.ExplorerPanel ID is called.

Upgrading to P2. These nodes need help specifically attached to them, since there is very little UI to 
guide the user. Appropriate help topics are already written. Also, they are conspicuous as nodes that do 
not have any help specifically mapped to them.

Per management, we cannot fix this as there is no staff assigned to
JNDI.
