HI,

I'm unable to set anything to the first project in the hudson integration plugin integrated with jenkins. Right clicking everything else works except the first in the list.

What do you mean by "set anything"? What exactly did you do, and what exactly did you see (screenshots etc.)? Steps to reproduce the problem from scratch?
