Remove context menu in Cloud providers dialog should be enabled. To reproduce:

- register Oracle cloud
- open Tools|Cloud Providers
- right-click Oracle Cloud node but all context menu items are disabled

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
