[ JDK VERSION : 1.7 ]

Please enable Plugins setting  "Force install into shared directories" by
default, if install task is running with administrator privileges.

If one wants to have updates and additional plugins installed in NB install
dir, he should not have to think about enabling this setting manually after
fresh install of Netbeans IDE.
