In version 7.2-dev is a new feature called synchronization. But it works only on single files or whole project ("Source Files"). When i must make sync using ftp I'm waiting a lot to check every file or for example when i want to sync one directory with all sub directory i must open all directories in project tree and select all files to make sync. It could be much easier to just select one or two directory and sync them with ftp.
