Steps to reproduce:
- open/create JFrame
- add JMenuBar
- save (close)
- reopen
-> Warning and Error dialog arise , and manu bar isn't visible in Form Designer.
-> MenuBar is moved into Other Components

P1: setMenuBar - is removed -> data lost

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
