Failed to create new DB connection in Services tab Databases node. Target Database Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production With the Partitioning and Real Application Testing options. Tried ojdbc6.jar, classes12.jar, and ojdbc14.jar. Nothing seems working. 7.0.1 has no issue with same drivers and database. Error Message: "Timeout expired. IDE unable to establish connection. Check your proxy settings or try again later. The server may be unavailable at the moment.   You may also want to make sure that your firewall is not blocking network traffic."

OCI version works with no issues using classes12.jar, thin version is the one having issues.

Please, attach your messages.log [1] from IDE where you are trying to connect Oracle DB. Make sure you are using latest JDBC driver for your DB. Thanks
