IDE just can't start anymore after restart. I have to delete all-manifests.dat
file from my cache to start the IDE again. I will attach the message.log file
wich has a error message.

I have imported all the settings from 7.1, so looks like some of the imported plugins are facing issues to be started. It has started this week to happen, so probably some change since last Friday has arrive at the main repository. I will download and test this with a daily build of this week soon.

I have no idea how to reproduce the problem.
