Try focus traversal in new project wizard panel #1;focus moves like this:
Categories -> Projects -> Description -> {INVISIBLE COMPONENT} -> Help -> Next -> Cancel

see a blinking cursor when this component is focused. Annoying when working when navigating with keyboard.
