See bug #166780 comment #38. Reintroduce [Un]Set As Main context menu item, but hide by default; begin displaying when main submenu is used to set a main project; resume hiding when None ("Disable"?) is selected from the main menu only, not just from the context menu.

Keeping "None" as the first item; "Disable" or "Off" just look wrong since they are not grammatical completions of "[please] set the main project to ...".
