* Open Tools->Options->C/C++->Other
* Edit any extensions
* add or remove some extensions and close the dialog (ESC or click a «cross»)
=> all changes are accepted. (chages should be accepted if OK button is clicked) 

Please, change the behaviour of the close action for the dialog (and add "Cancel" button).

I was unable to reproduce it. If this is still reproducible please provide me with steps to do it.

The issue was fixed while fixing the bug #247764.
