The Tag Lib Repository feature should provide the following features:
1. Show the Display name and the description for each tag lib jar, taken from the tag lib descriptor
(.tld) file.
2. Enable adding one or more selected tag libs to a web module that is mounted in the IDE.  This
is basically the reverse of the Add JSP Tag Library > From Tag Library Repository action on a 
particular web module.

1. There's a lot of information in the tag library
jar files, ranging from which tlds are in the 
jar (multiples are allowed) to descriptive detail 
on all the elements of the tag library. 
The hard part here would be dealing with the multiple tlds. Do we show
all the descriptions? just the first?

2. This would be a simple matter of selecting 
  which web module(s) to add a jar fie to.

At least item 1 is still applicable to NetBeans 4.0, assigning to Radko.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
