Whenever the IDE is opened it will stick on the Loading Modules... screen.  It will eventually load past this screen, but it becomes extremely slow.  When opening a project, it will try to load the project for several minutes.  The program has worked fine on the same machine.  I had to uninstall Netbeans to install a previous version (7.0 back to 6.9.1)  When I did this the system starting acting in this sluggish way.

please attach profiler snapshot and reopen, thanks
