Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build EaselCSS-80-on-20120227)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_27
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 20.2-b06

You can only close a Javascript application.  If you right click on the application in the Projects list, you only get a close option, and not the usual Delete option as well.

Tomas fixed this recently.
