Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.1 (Build 201112071828) Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.7.2 running on x86_64 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_29 Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.4-b02-402 I reported this as a defect in annoyance earlier and failed to provide more information. The default keybind setting in options for text zoom is meta + scroll (up/down). I have been having a lot of usability issues with OSX Lion and did not realize that this zoom effect was built into netbeans, I just figured it was another problem with no being able to deactivate the (not so helpful) usability features of OSX Lion. I work on a MacBook Pro and do not use a mouse so there are many times when I am activating the built in text zoom while working in netbeans. Once I found out that the feature was in the netbeans options I attempted to disable it, as it would never be a useful feature for me and only serves as a major annoyance when I am working. As you may already know, the option cannot be disabled. I have it set to a ridiculous key combination that I (hopefully) will never use. However, I feel that I should be able to deactivate any keybind option that I do not want to have active rather than setting it to a key combination that I hope I will not ever use. Just clearing the keybind should be enough but I was unable to clear the value.
Overlooked the clear option.
