In the Add Breakpoint dialog, there are now menu items so that the user can
select to add breakpoints of types 'JSP breakpoint' and 'Servlet breakpoint'. 
However, the functionality for both is not yet completely implemented. 
Attempting to add a JSP breakpoint, the user cannot configure anything about the
breakpoint; attempting to add a Servlet breakpoint, the user eventually comes to
a ClassCastException.

This needs to be implemented prior to Orion FCS, otherwise the menu items in the
Add Breakpoint dialog should be removed.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
