CVS history is never shown in History tab. Only "Loading from CVS. Please
wait..." message is shown (see screenshot) and nothing else happens.

the "Loading from CVS. Please wait..." nodus shouldn't be show - fixe in scope of  #207725

the CVS module has to implement VersioningSystem.VCSHistoryProvider
