See issue 196075. The default root of userdir will change and will be OS specific.

Also needs to change sources where Import Dialog uses "user.home" property as a default root dir for all userdirs - needs to be able to read both old and new paths.

The default directory in Import Dialog will be changed in the next release after 7.2 (filed as separate issue 207816), most probably nothing for import from new location in the 7.2 release.
