Increasing priority to P2 --> almost 400 duplicates and a lot of them from NB7.3 Beta and newer

I agree with P2, sounds like recent regression - please evaluate

Hello, no this does not look like a recent regression. It was always like this but the bugs were duplicated to different issues (due to automatic detection of the suspicious method). Although I agree this should be eventually fixed I really don't recommend touching this for 7.3 this late in the cycle. As I said this is the case since Gandalf was introduced ;-)

The method GandalfPersistenceManager.getDocumentBuilder() no longer exists after the recent changes. Therefore, I am marking this issue as fixed.
