Description ttokoly 2012-01-11 14:13:26 UTC
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201201090601)
Java: 1.7.0_02; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 22.0-b10
System: Linux version 3.0.0-14-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

1. Run IDE with clear user dir.
2. Move cursor over some splitter between two windows/areas.

Cursor does not change from normal to "drag arrows" (horizontal/vertical).
Function of resizing windows itself works fine.

It's not jdk bug - in jdk demo (jdk_folder/demo/jfc/SwingSet2/SwingSet2.jar) it works fine.

This bug could be related to: http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=191672

And it's random - I haven't found any pattern of when the problem appears, too. But it's quite often.
