I think is a big error remove support for jdesktop in netbeans.

I'have a lot of program with jdesktop and is not right I can't
upgrade my Netbeans to work with my old programs.

Whereover I thing jdesktop is a good platform to develop simple
desktop application (use of netbeans enviroment is excessive in
many situatuion) and I like to use again in future.

The answer I find in Netbeans site is 'use 7.0.1 for your old
application' is not answer: i can't thing to block update of
my work enviroment for the next years.

Netbeans 7.1 must support jdesktop like 7.0.1, LIVE TO THE USERS
the opportunity of use or not this environment for the next
code.

Thanks.

Are you complaining about not up-to-date tutorial? That would be an issue for Geertjan.
