If a remote file is saved frequently, "File modified externally" message appears, the most recent user changes are lost.

For now, I don't know how to reproduce it in CND itself, but it is 100% reproducing in Blacktie.

This is related with deferred file delivery to remote host.
This happens if a file is saved again while it is still being transferred to remote host after previous save.
