Steps to reproduce:

- open a file (tested with PHP/INI/TPL)
- make some changes in it
- close it -> discard changes

The file content is not discarded; if one opens the file, its content is the same as just before saving. Also, the Save All icon is active and if one closes the IDE, "unsaved changes" dialog appears.
