When coming across a Subversion 1.7 working copy, javahl and svnkit clients (when enabled in the IDE) report an error and refuse to work with such a working copy. In that case we notify user and ask him to "upgrade his subversion client". However user does not even know he should fall back on the commandline client and ends up filing an issue.
This scenario should be recognized by the module and let user switch to the commandline client automatically (after he accepts this option). Even better would be to switch to cmd on run without a restart.
