Steps to reproduce:
- In some css file, place cursor inside a rule
- In Style builder, select background tab 
- in Horizontal Position select <value>
=> "<value>" is inserted into css file which breaks the rule and style builder is not working due to found errors (which is correct)

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201110170600)
Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b17
System: Linux version 2.6.38-11-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

Style builder was removed from NetBeans since 7.3

My name is erick. I have a doubt... in NetBeans 7.3.1 What is de similar manner for using de "css style builder"?

In 7.4 you can use CSS Styles window (Window->Web->CSS Styles), in 7.3.1 it should open automatically when opening CSS file (unless you close it)
