Description dbell 2011-10-12 01:20:30 UTC
[ BUILD # : 201110070600 ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.26 ]

I have Subversion installed in /opt/subversion/bin. The directory is included
in $PATH, and detected by the IDE (I can perform SVN functions through the
IDE). Looking in the Options dialog under Options > Miscellaneous > Versioning
> Subversion, there is no indication that the IDE has detected my SVN
installation.
By contrast, the IDE tells me that has detected a Maven installation by looking
in $PATH, and reports the version number, in Options > Miscellaneous > Maven.

We do not detect anything, just run an external process ('svn COMMAND'). So there's nothing to show in the field. If you want to specify other folder, you have the option, in that case the new path is remembered and displayed in the fields from now on. Not a defect.
