If you debug project, it fails with message "Starting of server Oracle Cloud Remote in debug mode is not supported. Please, start the server manually.". It is not clear to me how to start server manually. Possibly the debug action should be disabled. To reproduce:

- register Oracle Cloud in Services view
- create new web application with Oracle Cloud Remote server
- call Debug from context menu on project root node

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
