Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201109300601)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 21.0-b17

a)
- add server
- choose dir with existing server
- click next
--> error (might be same as issue 202905)

b)
- add server
- choose empty dir
- download sever
- click next
--> error

Thus it is not possible to get the dialog for registering a remote domain.

appears to be a duplicate.  Reopen with more details describing the error if it still happens after the fix for 202907 has migrated into a build...
