* open Services panel
* right click Servers -> Add Server
* select Tomcat and press Next
* after "Java EE" features set gets enabled press Prev

Result is that wizard is back in "Choose Server" step but all server names which loaded on demand are blank. See attached screenshot. GlassFish is the only server displayed properly and it is because it was not loaded on demand - GF was already fully loaded.
