When I have a form open to the Source tab, sometimes after some modifications and compilations the icon disappears from the editor tab entirely. Switching the inner tab to Design and back fixes it. Probably something wrong in multiviews.

Maybe. Best if guibuilder guys find the problem first.

This happens to me pretty frequently.

Just happened to me in a dev build on a BeanInfo created from template after an IDE restart (icon reappeared when I switched tabs to Designer and back to Source IIRC), which means it may be a more general problem in core.multiview.
