To reproduce:
  - From [Filesystems] tab in Explorer window, right click web.xml
        file, and select [properties].
  - Select [Look] tab.

In [Look] row, values "DD-Advanced" and "DD-Basic" in drop-down list,
are not come from Bundle file.

They are defined in Layer so it seems that they are now localizable
now (not sure about this). Either we can supress showing of this
action and property (preffered) or wait until new API update of Looks.
