Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201108210601)
Operating System = Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_24
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 19.1-b02

Try writing an element style including a text-shadow, like

form button {
    text-shadow 0 1px 1px #000000;
}
Code completion does not offer you the "text-shadow" style.

it is not working on version 8.2
