This is not a bug. NetBeans you installed is multilingual and it automatically uses the system default language as the default user interface language. To switch to english you can do the following: 1. Add "--locale en:US" at the end of Netbeans startup command. 2. Go to Netbeans installation directory. Add "-J-Duser.language=en -J-Duser.region=US" to the end of "netbeans_default_options" line in etc/netbeans.conf file
