I recently updated the Smarty plugin to its newer version 1.50.1 via Netbeans. When installing everything seemed fine, but then I restarted Netbeans, and it got stucked in "Done loading modules". Eveytime I try to open happens the same so I can't use Netbeans.

Marking as duplicate of 199538. The fix is done and should be available on UC during today I believe. But the bad news is that you will perhaps need to download the IDE again. Sorry for obstruction.

Sorry, another option for fixing your IDE would be uninstallation and reinstalation of PHP plugins. BTW, the new, fixed Smarty plugin was published on UC - it isn't just automatically offered in IDE for now, but it should be during tomorrow.
