Hard to fix without a reproducible test case. Are you able to reproduce the issue? If so, could you please create a simple test case and attach it to the issue? Thanks.
I am sorry, this is one of the automatically generated reports, and I do not recall encountering the same problem again. (BTW The tool should probably mark the automatic reports somehow to distinguish them from the manual ones.)
