I had this version installed for a while now:

NetBeans 7.0 PHP Installer for Windows/English (en)
netbeans-7.0-ml-php-windows.exe (41 MB)
MD5: 5dc6b0cf38d3b682d41a0edd4e74017c

The patch 1 update was shown and I upgraded, but after restart lot's of plugins (ie. Native terminale and PHP Zend Framework) couldn't be activated due to not found libraries, one of them:

org.netbeans.spi.editor.hints
org.netbeans.modules.dlight.nativeexecution

I reinstalled Netbeans to get it properly working but can't update because it will break my installation again.

Works for me too, all plugins work after upgrade
