Sometimes after I close IDE with open full remote projects, I can not open these projects any more, project metadata is broken. 

If I close connection before exiting IDE, I'm constantly getting message that IDE can not save project because files are read-only - even if I do nothing with project, just opened it.

It seems real remote project metadata is not corrupted, but I should double check (which isn't that simple since the bug is unstable).

This can be related with issue 198446
