Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201105020000)
Java: 1.7.0-ea; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b10
System: Linux version 2.6.32-31-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

1. Run IDE with fresh userdir
2. Tools | Pallete | Swing/Awt Components
3. Select some category (e.g Swing Controls)
4. Push Move Up or Move Down

Result: Selected category is unselected. If you want Move it up/down again, you must select it again.
