Happens regularly when running automated test AnnotationsTest.java in package org.netbeans.test.syntax . (first occurence is during opening file 101861.jspx) I'm not able to reproduce it "manually", it happens only with the test.

Maybe a duplicate of issue 152165

Possibly a test set-up issue. Anyway, the test is in web.core.syntax, so reassigning there.
