Java Crash Error log file

I have NetBeans running on my laptop and have an external monitor plugged in. Netbeans opens up on the external monitor.

When ever I am debugging my web application in NetBeans that has Tomcat runs and I leave my laptop idle, the secondary screen goes to sleep after a while and when i wake it up, netbeans has crashes, however the java (tomcat) process that it started is still running.

I see a whole bunch of hs_err_pid*.log files in the netbeans directory. I have attached them to this bug.
